Description of the HSM Securio P44 L6 High Security Cross Cut Shredder
This HSM high security shredder isn’t your average shredder. The P44 is the largest model in the Securio series and despite being a high security shredder, the P44 L6 can destroy up to 20 sheets per pass, turning each sheet into 12,065 particles. A security Level 6/P-7 is the highest in paper shredding, able to safely shred confidential, top-secret documents.
Unlike lower level Securio shredders, the Level 6 P44 has an automatic oiler for consistent maintenance. Simply refill the oil when needed and your shredder cutters will be well lubricated for smooth operation. Like other Securio shredders, features are easy to use and automated. The multifunctional control button has backlit icons that alert users of operational status. Icons light up to alert users of open cabinet door, paper jam, or bag full. When a paper jam occurs, AntiJam Technology will automatically reverse until the paper is cleared. Continuous duty operation means constant shredding without rest. And when it isn’t shredding, the P44 will enter energy efficient standby mode, during which power consumption is reduced by 90% until reactivated. Even wheel around the large machine on its sturdy castors to other users and departments. Shredding is quiet thanks to the Whisper Technology, reducing noisy disruptions in the office. The P44 is also available as strip cut, cross cut, and high security versions.
