Description of the HSM Securio P44 L4 Cross Cut Shredder

This micro-cut Level 4/P-5 HSM shredder is large and powerful, balancing capacity and security in one easy to use machine. Shred up to 30 sheets per pass, with staples or paper clips, and the P44 L4 will cut 2,116 micro-cut particles per sheet. Those particles fall into a 55 gallon waste bin with a handy shredder bag. There is a second feed slot for credit cards, CDs/DVDs, and floppy disks with a separate collection container. While shredding, the P44 may halt activity. Users can check the multifunctional control button and see operational status. Backlit icons will indicate things like open cabinet door, bag full, oil reservoir empty, and more. Users are also alerted of paper jams and the AntiJam Technology will automatically reverse until the jammed paper is ejected. The powerful motor can handle constant shredding during continuous duty operation. And when there is no shredding activity, standby mode engages an energy saving feature that reduces power consumption by 90%. The Level 4 P44 cross cut shredder is even mobile on its castors, easily relocated for multiple users. Shred noise is surprisingly quiet with Whisper Technology. The P44 is also available as strip cut, cross cut, and high security versions.
