Description of the HSM Securio B32 Cross Cut Shredder
From HSM’s Securio series, the B32 Level 3/P-4 is one of three B32 cross cut shredders. With a security Level 3, each sheet of paper is cut into 447 cross cut particles, 3/16” x 1⅛”. All of these particles are collected in the 21.7 gallon shred bag below. Small businesses can take advantage of all the automatic features the B32 offers while also enjoying the security a cross cut shredder provides. Insert up to 19 sheets per pass and the B32CC will automatically start/stop following the presence of paper. If a paper jam occurs the B32 will indicate to users, and users can use the reverse button. But just in case, the AntiJam technology automatically stops shredding and reverses to eliminate the paper jam. If the B32 sits idle, standby mode decreases energy consumption by 90%, then reactivate shredding by inserting paper. While the steel cutting head tears documents apart, your office won’t have to endure loud, obnoxious shred noise. Thanks to Whisper Technology, noise levels are kept around 55-58 dB. In addition to paper, the cutting rollers can also take on staples, paper clips, and credit cards.
