Description of the HSM Pure 630 Strip Cut Shredder

One of the larger Pure models, the Pure 630 strip cut shredder can be used between 6 to 11 people everyday. Equipped with the standard HSM Pure features, the 630 SC has a powerful motor, hardened steel cutting rollers, and continuous operation. A light barrier enables automatic start/stop while standby mode maintains low power consumption when not in use. If pressure is applied to the safety element, it will automatically shut down the 630 to avoid major damage. Additionally, the paper feed has overload protection, which detects and reduces paper jams. As one of the bigger Pure shredders, the 630 SC collects shred waste in its 34.3 gallon shred bin, into a separate collecting bag for easy disposal (to be used with 34 gallon shred bags). Simply open the high quality wooden cabinet door and remove the bag. Even shredding up to 42 sheets per pass at 17 feet per minute, the 630 shredder’s quiet operation minimizes noise levels to keep office disruptions low.
