Description of the HSM Pure 820 Strip Cut Shredder

The largest model in the HSM Pure series, the 830 strip cut shredder is specifically designed for large departments. Like all HSM shredders, the 830 is built with high quality materials that ensure security and durability. Cutting rollers made of hardened steel that are made to last, guarantee clean L2/P-3 level cuts. Shred up to 47 sheets at a time at 19.5 feet per minute. A powerful motor allows for continuous operation throughout the day. And even with the Pure 830 shredding all day, noise levels are minimized with quiet operation. In the paper feed, a light barrier engages automatic start/stop and will go into standby mode (with low energy consumption) when not in use. The paper feed also has overload protection that will detect and reduce paper jams, avoiding damage and wasted time. The safety element will also protect the shredder by automatically shutting off when pressure is applied. Shredding for an entire department is made easier with a mobile shredder that can be moved almost anywhere in the office thanks to the sturdy castors. Even disposing shred particles is as easy as opening the wooden cabinet door and removing the separate collecting bag (uses a 58 gallon shred bag). Even the largest Pure shredder can be easily moved, as castors provide mobility, allowing the 830 to follow shredding needs around the office.
