The HSM B32 strip cut shredder is a reliable Securio shredder designed for fast and simple shredding. The ⅛” B32 can shred up to 24 sheets per pass, and can also shred staples, paper clips, credit cards, and CDs/DVDs. With so many reliable automated functions, shredding is incredibly easy. When paper is inserted, the B32 will automatically start/stop shredding. If turned on, but not in use, energy saving standby mode reduces energy consumption by 90%. A flashing light on the multifunctional operation button indicates a paper jam, but the AntiJam Technology automatically reverses cutting rollers until the jam is removed. The light will also indicate to users when the shred bag is full or the cabinet door is open. The waste bin has a inspection window to monitor shred levels and a 21.7 gallon capacity with an easily removable shred bag. A ⅛” wide strip cut means each page is cut into 56 strips in seconds. To make it even easier, push the B32 strip cut around to other offices on its castors. Whisper technology makes sure the B32 isn’t too noisy for the work environment, thanks to the closed gear mechanism. The strip cut shredder is not a high security shredder, but is faster.
