Description of the HSM Securio B35 ¼” Strip Cut Shredder
The HSM Securio B35 strip cut shredder is an ideal shared office shredder. The HSM B35 can handle up to 42 sheets of paper at a time as well as staples, paper clips, credit cards, and CDs/DVDs. And with the continuous duty motor, you don’t have to stop shredding. Keep feeding the B35 and the solid steel cutting head will produce ¼” strip. And despite the bulk the Securio B35 shredder can handle, operation is kept to a whisper. The waste bin has a 34.3 gallon capacity and a handy inspection window to monitor shred waste levels. The waste bin houses an easy pull-out frame that holds the shred bag, making disposal fast and easy. Not only is it time efficient, the B35 is energy efficient as well. The built-in Energy Management Control System reduces power consumption during standby mode by 90% and will jump back into shredding when fed. JamStop Anti Jam Technology will detect and automatically reverse paper jams from overloaded feeds. Strip cut is fast and handles more bulk per pass than cross cut shredders, but do not offer high security and should not be used with confidential information. The B35 models is also available as Levels 3 and 4 cross cut versions.
