Description of the HSM Securio Auto Feed 500 L4 Shredder

The largest model in the Securio Auto Feed Series, the HSM 500 Level 4 has the highest capacity. It can hold up to 500 sheets of paper in the lock-and-go feeder. Once the feeder secured, locked away from prying eyes, and the shredder is turned on, it will use nanogrip technology to pull paper in automatically for continuous shredding. A light barrier detects paper intake for automatic start/stop. Even paper jams are detected and eliminated automatically. In fact, there are hardly any reasons for manual feeding. You can still manually feed the AF 500 if you choose to, even during autofeeding (one sheet at a time) with the useful dual function. Standby mode save you money with low energy consumption while quiet operation keeps noise levels low. Easily move this Auto Feed shredder around on its castors to other users and offices. The large 21.7 gallon waste bin cabinet door opens up to a collection bag for easy cleanup. There is also a spot to attach a CD bag in the waste bin to keep shred materials separate after shredding for recycling/disposal purposes. The HSM Securio Auto Feed 500 is also available in security Level 3/P-4 as well as HSM 150 and HSM 300 versions.
