The HSM 400 cardboard shredder is an incredibly economical option for packing material. The compact desktop shredder takes on cardboard, cutting staggered slits throughout. This creates a shock absorbent netting that can be wrapped around or folded and tightly packed with shipping items. It plugs into a standard 120 volt AC power connection.
