Description of the HSM SP 4040 V ¼” 4”x2” Shredder Baler
The HSM SP 4040 cross cut shredder baler will destroy and compact high volumes of documents. The cross cut particles meet requirements for Level 3/P-4 shredding. Shred up to 120 sheets at once, destroying 8.66 inches per second. Using this shredder baler is easier than you might think. Simply place shred material onto the loading table and the conveyor belt will transfer materials into the feed opening, directly into the shred chamber. Once the steel shredding rollers shred materials, cross cut particles fall into the baling compartment where high pressure power will press down. The compacted bale will then be ejected into a bag or box. When the entire process is complete, a “bale ready” alert will notify users. Then, simply remove the bale with the handy trolley. Its vertical design makes it easier to save space in large areas while the castors allow for mobility on location. To make operation even easier, the automatic return will reverse when a paper jam happens. The SP 4040 is also available in a strip cut version.
