Description of the HSM Pure 220 Cross Cut Shredder

The HSM Pure 220 cross cut is a compact, deskside solution to personal data destruction. Similar to the Pure 120 shredder, the 220 model has a slightly higher cutting capacity of 7-8 sheets per pass. At 8.6 feet per minute, hardened steel cutting rollers will shred documents, paper clips, and cards at your desk. Automatic start/stop and low energy consumption in standby mode means hassle free data destruction. The paper feed is equipped with overload protection to to detect and reduce paper jams. And if pressure is applied to its safety element, the 220 will automatically switch off to prevent damage. With a particle size of 5/32” X 1”, the 220 CC meets the requirements of security level 3 shredding (P-4). Throwing away shred particles is as easy as lifting off the removable housing top.
