Description of the HSM Pure 220 Strip Cut Shredder
For your deskside shredding needs, the HSM Pure 220 strip cut can handle receipts, magnetic cards, and staples/paper clips. The strip cut shredder is compact for personal office use and can be shared with other users.
The 220 is almost identical to the 120 strip cut shredder and shares the same high quality features, the only difference being cutting capacity. Automatic start/stop, overload protection to reduce paper jams, and immediate shut off via the safety element are all standard Pure features.
The 220 Strip cut handles 13-15 sheets per pass at 8.6 feet per minute. It maintains the same hardened steel cutting rollers and quality shredding, typical of HSM shredders. Quiet operation keeps noise levels low, ideal for working offices. For ease of use, the Pure 220 has an automatic start/stop function and overload protection to reduce paper jams.
Though the 220 is the same size as the 120, the 220 can handle a more sheets per pass. Other models in the Pure series vary in size and cut type. The Pure 220 is also available in a cross cut version.
