Description of the HSM Securio C16 ¼” Strip Cut Shredder
This low volume office shredder is an affordable option for occasional shredding. Perfect for 1 to 3 users, the C16 strip cut shredder handles 16-18 sheets per pass. And because it is a strip cut shredder, the shredding process is faster than a cross cut shredd but offers a lower security level. Low volume and compact, easily place the C16 deskside or tucked away.
The steel cutting head shreds through staples and paper clips as well as credit cards while maintaining quiet operation. Shred waste is collected in the 6.6 gallon waste bin that can be accessed by lifting the upper part of the shredder. It might be small but the C16 has automated features for ease of use. Once turned on, simply insert paper and the C16 will automatically start/stop. AntiJam technology detects and reverses paper jams while standby mode consumes zero energy when not in use.
