Description of the HSM Securio P40 L4 Cross Cut Shredder
The Level 4 P40 cross cut shredder is an ideal high volume higher security shredder. A Level 4/P-5 shredder meets requirements for shredding certain sensitive information, meaning the P40 L4 shredder balances capacity and security. Shred up to 24 sheets per pass, each sheet turned into 2,116 micro-cut particles. These paper particles fall into a 40 gallon shred bag, while residue from credit cards and CDs/DVDs that were fed through the second media slot are collected separately. Large offices can take advantage of this high volume shredder The P40 CC automatically detects and displays operational status. If oil is low, the cabinet door is open, or the shred bag is full, icons will light up to alert the users. Another automatic feature is the AntiJam Technology. A paper jam is automatically reversed after detection. When not in use, Energy Saving Standby Mode reduces power consumption by up to 90%. The convenient castors enable office mobility to increase safe data destruction around the office. The HSM P40 is available in strip cut, cross cut, and high security models.
