The 40 gallon waste bin can hold a lot of shred waste and slides out easily for disposal. Level 6 shredders are able to safely destroy confidential, top-secret information. Shred material continuously and quietly without issue. Paper jams are likely to happen from overloading, and the AntiJam Technology automatically detects and reverses jams until the issue is resolved. And when the P40 is idle, standby mode will save energy by automatically reducing power consumption. The multifunctional control button is surrounded by backlit icons to alert users of things like open cabinet door or full shred bag. And unlike lower level shredders, the P40 OMDD has an automatic oiler for smooth operation. Simply refill when the oil is empty and the P40 will oil itself. Despite its size, the P40 OMDD is mobile.
